Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lune Aure. We are a Sydney-based Australian jewellery brand, and we aim to make every delivery clear and considered.

Order Processing

In-stock pieces are dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

If an item is clearly marked as a pre-order, please allow approximately two weeks before dispatch unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Australian Shipping

During our 30-Day Launch Offer, complimentary standard shipping is available on all Australian orders.

Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and Australia Post network conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International Shipping

Where international delivery is available, shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Estimated international delivery is generally 7–21 business days after dispatch. Customs processing may extend this timeframe.

International duties, taxes and import charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has entered the carrier network.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, tracking has not updated, or it appears to be missing, please contact us. We will help investigate the delivery with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbours, then contact us so we can assist.
